commission terms of service

  • i work with visual references only. if you dont have one, picrews and other character creators work fine too! just make sure the refs are SFW. nudity is okay, as long as it isn't in a sexual context.

  • i will ask for payment within 48 hours so i'm not being scammed of free art. if i do not get paid within that window then your commission will be dropped.

  • (NITRO-SPECIFIC) when one month of nitro passes and expires, i will ask you to pay me again for an extra month (if applicable)

  • i will send wip sketches and my lineart to make sure it looks good for you.

  • credit me if you use it on your carrd, icon, or profile. do not repost my art without my permission, use it for profit, or use it in any blockchain-related technologies, such as NFTs or cryptocurrency. (this includes all past, present, and future derivatives of such technologies, selling platforms, and trading/investing spaces.)

  • i have a right to decline a commission i am not comfy with doing and without a reason.

  • i can receive payment in discord nitro, paypal, robux, and ko-fi as of right now, and other payment methods might open in the future.

why i will refuse a commission / custom

  • past or present harasser of other users or myself

  • inciting drama with other users or myself

  • continuous breaking of ToS

  • history of scamming

  • participation in blockchain-related technology

  • history of racism, transphobia, or general bigotry

  • has been the subject of artist bewares

if any of this behavior is observed before, during, or after the commission process, you do not have permission to commission me for a certain amount of time.

refund policy

i do not do refunds for the most part, sorry.
but if i didnt start your commssion and 2 months have past, you may ask for one. i will give you a partial refund of 60%, at most.

edit policy

i will provide minor edits/alt versions if asked, free of charge!
major edits (that involves changing the lineart) come with an extra price, up to 50% of the original price depending on complexity.
